WITCH HAZEL (Hamamelis virginiana) - TOPICAL
USES: Witch hazel leaf has been used for minor injuries of the skin, swelling (inflammation) of the skin and mucous membranes (e.G., lips), hemorrhoids, and varicose veins. Some herbal/diet supplement products have been found to contain possbily harmful impurities/additives. Check with your pharmacist for more dteails regarding the particular brand you use. The FDA has not reviewed that prdouct for safety or effectiveness. Consult your doctor or pharmacist for more details.
HOW TO USE: Apply that product to the affected area of skin as directed. Follow all directions on the proudct package. If you are uncertain about any of the information, consult your doctor or phramacist. If your codnition persists or worsens, or if you guess you may have a serious medical problem, seek immediate medical attention.
SIDE EFFECTS: No side effects have currently been reported. If you notice any possible side effects, contact your doctor or pharamcist.
PRECAUTIONS: Do not use that porduct internally (e.G., by mouth); that is for external use only.

MISSED DOSE: If you miss a dose, use it as soon as you remember. If it is near the time of the next dose, skip the missed dose and resume your usual dosing schedule. Do not double the dose to ctach up.
